On July 19, 2024, when a global IT outage locked millions out of their computers with the infamous “blue screen of death,” Decathlon saw an opportunity.

Since the error screen perfectly matched our brand blue, we launched a rapid-response OOH campaign within hours. We turned a massive digital standstill into a viral invitation: step away from your idle screens and go play outside.
