In Quebec, solving a problem comes with a unique reflex: saying Ih! when facing a hurdle, Ké… when searching for a solution, and Ah! when it’s all sorted out. Phonetically, these three sounds perfectly spell IKEA.

To reconnect the global brand with locals, we turned these onomatopoeias into a tailored campaign. By capturing everyday moments, we mapped the journey from frustration to relief, positioning IKEA as the obvious answer to any situation.

By celebrating a distinct local truth, we proved that IKEA doesn’t just furnish Quebecers’ homes, it speaks their language.
